⚠️ Read this first
Every Fudgio brownie is baked in one small kitchen that also handles nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs and soy. Even the flavours with no nuts in the recipe may carry traces. If your allergy is severe, please do not order.
Classic Chocolate
Premium dark chocolate, butter, eggs, caster sugar, wheat flour, cocoa, vanilla, salt.
Contains: gluten (wheat), dairy, eggs, soy (from the chocolate). No nuts in the recipe — but see the kitchen note above.
Nutty Delight
Everything in the Classic Chocolate, plus roasted walnuts and hazelnuts.
Contains: tree nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts), gluten (wheat), dairy, eggs, soy. Not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.
Salted Caramel
Everything in the Classic Chocolate, plus a caramel swirl (sugar, cream, butter) and flaked sea salt.
Contains: gluten (wheat), dairy, eggs, soy. No nuts in the recipe — but see the kitchen note above.
What we do not use
No preservatives, no artificial flavouring, and no palm-oil compound chocolate. This is also why our brownies have a shorter life than a supermarket one — there is nothing in them to extend it.
Keeping them
Best on the day they arrive. In an airtight container they keep about 3 days at room temperature, or around a week refrigerated — though cold blunts the fudginess, so let them come back to room temperature before eating. They freeze well for up to a month.
Vegan or gluten-free?
Not at the moment. We would rather say no than sell you a version we have not perfected. If there is demand we will work on it — tell us.
